Eulalia was born in Bogota, Colombia and arrived in New York City on 1969. She was so excited to see the great USA for the first time! Everything about it was just as she had heard. They lived there for seven months then moved to Indianapolis. She immediately fell in love with its' family-oriented values, fortunately she began working for General Motors.
Eulalia (Lala) always thank the Lord for giving them the opportunities to come to this great country, be successful, and raise their family. They are so proud of their two sons, whom have since married and established their own lives.
Eulalia and familly moved to the Phoenix valley and have had the joy to be around their three beautiful grandchildren, one boy and two girls. They have also had the privilege of making many new and close friends. She loves reciting poems and dancing, her dream had always been to semehow help those less fortunate, she realized her eldest son had long been choosing one poor family each year to share christmas gifts with. She was so taken aback by this, seeing as how busy he was with work and raising a young family of three, that she vowed then and there to do something she had always wanted to. She began sharing thoughts and ideas with some of my friends and soon enough held their 1st meeting on July 26, 2008. There were only eight of us originally, but we have rapidly grown in numbers. They are so happy and blessed to spend time together, helping others, and planning out future events. They are also very thankful for all of the support they have received from everyone.
